We offer six different grocery options for a variety of cultural and dietary preferences, delivered on a set day of the week:

  • Healthy Standard: These groceries have a balance of different protein sources both animal (chicken, fish, beef, pork, eggs, milk) and plant (beans and nuts), grains, vegetables, and fruit.

  • Low-Cook: These groceries are provided for people who have difficulty preparing and cooking food due to physical ability, kitchen access, or limited cooking skills. All foods provided require minimal cooking, and nothing more than a microwave is needed. These bags also include eggs and milk.

  • Vegetarian: These groceries are provided for people who prefer to avoid animal proteins. Each bag contains plant protein sources including beans, lentils, nuts, and other vegetarian proteins, along with eggs and milk.

  • East African: These groceries are provided for people who prefer a typical East African diet. These bags do not contain pork products. Common foods include halal chicken, fish, lentils, rice, pasta, carrots, leafy greens, sweet potatoes, bananas, and oranges.

  • Latinx: These groceries are provided for people who prefer a typical Latinx diet. Common foods include chicken, beef, fish, beans, corn tortillas, rice, tomatoes, peppers, bananas, oranges, and limes.

  • Asian-Pacific Islander: These groceries are provided for people who prefer a typical Asian-Pacific Islander diet. Common foods include soy milk, tofu, fish, chicken, rice, noodles, bok choy, cabbage, and bananas.
